Arrival and parking:

The parking lot is public property. In the photo below, you can see the parked vehicles and where you are allowed to park:
Access to the house:
Coming from the parking lot, you have a short walk to reach the house.
Follow the path shown in the following image, to reach the house.
You will find the key to the front door in the key safe, located to the right of the front door. The code for the key safe is included in the email with arrival information that you received shortly before your arrival.
The front door has two locks. You must unlock the top half first, then the bottom half.
