Here you’ll find all important information about your stay
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Check-in is contactless via key code or key safe directly at the accommodation.
You will receive your individual access code and detailed arrival information one day before your arrival by e-mail.
Please close all windows, turn off the lights, and return the key to the key box upon departure.
🧳 Your Stay
Our apartments are equipped with a starter set that provides everything you need for a relaxing stay – including a basic supply of towels and consumables (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) upon arrival.
Additional bath towels or bathrobes can be ordered by phone at any time:

Please note:
Our accommodations are apartments – there is no daily room cleaning as in a hotel. This way, you enjoy full independence and privacy.
(Except for hotel room bookings at the Reisslerhof)
You will find your guest information folder on the dining table or in the living room of your apartment. It includes the house rules and other useful information (Wi-Fi codes, waste disposal, waste separation in Austria, non-smoking policy, etc.).
We would like to remind you that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our accommodations. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of € 150 will be charged.
🎟️ Schladming-Dachstein Card
When staying during the summer season, you automatically receive the Schladming-Dachstein Card.
It will be sent to you by e-mail on the day of arrival.
With this card, you can enjoy numerous free services – e.g. mountain lifts, swimming pools, museums, toll roads, and much more.

Validity 2026: 14.05.2026 to 01.11.2026
Your Schladming-Dachstein Card will be sent to you by email no later than 12:00 noon on your arrival day (please also check your spam folder).
The card is valid from 1:00 p.m. For issuance, your name and date of birth will be forwarded to the local tourism board. If you haven’t received the email by noon, please contact us.
Valid only for stays in the Schladming-Dachstein region (Except Öblarn).
